We all know the evils of white sugar, honey and maple syrup are wonderful alternatives. This one is not quite as maple-y as some I've tried, but perhaps it is just the way the weather was for this harvest. I think I'll buy it again, however...and if you are new to maple sirups, remember that grade 'B' is usually more flavorful and dark.

Was excited to receive my Pure Maple syrup but disappointed in the taste. It tasted like sugar with a tiny bit of maple flavor (and I mean tiny). I won't purchase again.
