This is the sheath i received with my USMC Ka Bar. It would be fine if the leather didn't get cut up so easily. I try to be careful when putting my knife in but it still manages to scratch the surface of the sheath pretty easily. I highly recommend the Kydex sheath as opposed to this one

This KABAR sheath replaced my original one. It fits like a champ. My original one had a bad snap. But the new one from here has a really nice snap. The leather is just like it is pictured. (color and shape)

I love this sheath. the leather is oiled and that help the knife a lot. and the smell is great too. I will only use this sheath for my ka-bar.

My wife got me a Ka-Bar for christmas but I wasn't wild about the black plastic sheath it came in. It was wide and the belt loop looks flimsy. I figured a USMC sheath seemed a suitable replacement.

The knife fits in the sheath perfectly, although the handle of the knife pushes the belt loop back a little bit. The snap was also a bit tight to get around the handle, but I left it snapped on there for a few days and it seems to snap with no problem.

The sheath itself is plenty tight to keep the blade in place, even when shaking it around unsnapped. It's not too tight to prevent a quick draw, though.

Great Quality but expect no less from Ka-Bar! Bought this as a spare just in case I ever need it.

This sheath is 100% cowhide leather, beautifully stitched and a perfect fit for your KA-BAR knife. This is the original knife sheath at a great price.

A very nice Sheath but it scratches very easily. I bought this one before my knife came in, low a behold my knife came with one. So it hasn't done me much good but if you need one for your Kabar this matches well, looks good, and holds snug.

I have one that is ten years old I like the EGA and it looks better the older and more weatherd it gets. It is still in great shape.

This Kabar knife is listed at a great price as compared for the ones that I have seen in stores for upwards of $75-80. The item came in its own box, very solid construction, very sharp out of the box. The sheath that came with the knife is also very sturdy.

Product is as advertised. This is the exact same sheath as the one that comes with the Ka-Bar knife. Good quality, etc.. Just got this one for a WWII real McCoy that was in need of a sheath.
