I love this cd. He put his heart and soul into this cd. I can't wait until he come out with another.

Within mintutes of me listening to the opening tracks of this CD i was already at the cash register paying for it... this guy is smooth and he has got talent.. he plays almost all the instruments throughout the whole album and composes everything (as far as i know)... the basslines are phat, the melodies are sweet and the whole sound just melds together to make one of the best cds in my collection (that reminds me i gots to get it back off my friend!!) anyways BUY THIS ALBUM.. the only problem i have with this guy is he HASN'T released anything else (apart from backup/guest vocals for a number of hip hop artists)!!!

I was in complete awe over the sound of this caramel toned, stunning looking man's voice. He sings with the most melodious tone of voice and his talent speaks for itself. I await his second CD with open arms. Me and those dreaming eyes of mine, I just know he sings for me.

I have based alot of my music around soul. In the day it was alot of Motown / Stevie / Gospel.... But never, has an artist been so influential to me than this cat! Kia kaha Cuz, all the way

It's amazing!! I can listen to Brown Sugar today and still groove off it, four years since it's been released. D'Angelo, I've collected all your work and I think you're the greatest. You're beautiful!! I can't wait to be further enchanted by Voodoo.

d'angelo's brown sugar is one of my greatest hits .it portrays love in the most upfront way ever .i would rate this cd obve the excellent.it reminds me of back in the days when i once had a love .this was my song ,still is . d'angelo you the man.

D'Angelo's CD is soulful and fun and filled with double meanings and abstract feelings. He's obviously blessed with a special gift. His live show is even better than the CD. The music grooves you like some real Ol Skool, its jazz and soul all intermingled, but hip-hop heads will love it to cause the base line is so strong. This is one of those must have, deserted island CDs.

D'Angelo is one of the most talented artists today. When synthesizers, profanity and hate for whatever this weeks cause is are taking over the industry, he is still TRUE to himself. A creator of great music.

DANGELO the best yet at singing the blues with a little gospel and showing the ladies how love should be. I am pleased and still in awe over his album brownsugar since 1995 i still sit back and relax no in 99 with his music i just want to know when VooDoo come out IF YOU KNOW EMAIL ME AT TCHAMBERS@INTERCONNECT.NET
