This cookbook has really provided me with a lot of happy cooking hours and tasty results. I'm a casual cook, but these recipes are easy to make and very, very good! My son is greatly enjoying some Coconut Blondies as I write, one of the many great Blondies in this book. I have found Blondie recipes harder to find than Brownie ones, so it's great there are so many here! Worth trying to find.
