This is PHONEY Cookbook

The publisher faked this cookbook!
How? The pictures paired with the recipes
don't match the recipes at all. In other words
the pictures included are from other recipes
not given in the book, in order to give you
illusion that you will be able to make what is
in the picture.

Examples:
#1 Chocolate Brownie with ice cream. The picture
shows a double decker brownie with caramel sauce
in between the layers. No instructions or ingredients
for the caramel sauce.
#2 Banana and chocolate brownies. Picture shows
banana bread.
#3 Marshmallow brownies. Instructions are to place
marshmallows and peanuts on top of brownie batter,
the picture shows marshmallows
thrown on the plate not in the brownie and walnuts baked into
the brownie with a clear glaze. Clearly not the recipe.
#4 Christmas brownie- Recipe shown with is a Walnut brownie
with a meringue topping. The picture is of a brownie with chocolate
frosting and Christmas sprinkles.
#5 Coconut brownies are pictures with two disks of meringue sandwiching
ice cream, rolled in coconut and coated with chocolate topping.
The ingredients and instructions don't match this at all.
#6 Brownies with apricot sauce. The picture shows yellow cake
with walnuts on top. There is no chocolate in the pictured item although
it is listed as 10 oz of chocolate in the ingredient list.
#7 Raspberry brownies are pictured with a hazelnut brownie
and yellow raspberries thrown on the plate. The ingredient list
however shows that red raspberry jam is the topping ,
an no hazelnuts. Yet he picture clearly has no raspberry jam on top of
the cooked brownie.
#8 The No Bake brownies are clearly shown as a baked brownie in the picture
#9 Blueberry brownies, is a nut free recipe that calls
for whole blueberries to be added to the batter.
Picture is of a nut brownie with blueberries thrown on the plate, clearly
no blueberries could be in the pictured brownie.
#10 Chocolate mascarpone brownies. The instructions are
incomplete, but calls for a layered product. The picture clearly
is not a layered product of any kind.
There are many more examples, to many more to list.

I did not bake a single brownie because I see that the publisher
can't be trusted by basically making a whole book with pictures
that don't belong to the recipes they were paired with
in order to fool the reader.

There is a very big difference between a 9 x 13 pan and an 8x8 pan. Just to suggest that the baker use whatever pan they choose is not helpful at all. I can't imagine using any of these recipes.

The recipes in this book look great however I found a DANGEROUS OVERSIGHT in the GLUTEN FREE BROWNIE RECIPE. This recipe has gluten free ingredients but it instructs you to butter the pan and then dust it with flour..NEVER EVER DUST ANYTHING WITH FLOUR WHEN MAKING GLUTEN FREE FOOD!!! Even the smallest amount of flour can make someone with a gluten allergy such as celiacs disease VERY SICK and it can take months for them to recover. PLEASE Skip the four ahd dust with some baking cocoa instead!
