I do not make brownies from scratch. My husband loves the kind out of a box and i have never found a homemade brownie recipe that compared to from a box. I bought this book originally to give to my sister with the brownie edge pan. But after i looked through it, i just couldn't give it to her. They all sounded scrumptious. I have tried 5 recipes out of the book and still haven't found a favorite yet, they are all soooo yummy. the recipes are easy to follow and don't call for more than 2 ingredients that i didn't already have in my kitchen. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

This is an absolutey fabulous book! I love every recipe in it. It is an absolute must have.

The pictures in this book are awesome! However, I was very disappointed with the recipes. The majority of them call for an 8 x 10 size pan. Who has this in their cupboard? If I am going to make brownies from scratch then I want a decent amount of them from say a standard 9 x 13 pan. In addition, the majority of these recipes also call for bittersweet chocolate. Again, who has this in their pantry? I was hoping for something much more user friendly. I don't have the desire to modify recipes to fit a standard size pan.
