Awesome, this is the best examination book for surgical patients I know of. It is written for the medicalstudent and is almost perfect! supplement it with "cope's early diagnosis of the acute abdomen". If you can get your hands on "Bailey's symptoms and signs in surgery" you might have a look at it too. It is a little more detailed but also 20 years old and not printted anymore! (do not buy the newest version, only the title remains the same!)You will be a better student for having read and digested this book!
