The pin-up is one of the most alluring and enduring forms of art. The goal is to show just the right amount of flesh so that it excites the viewer and still conforms to the norms of the censors. This book is a collection of pin-ups of famous brunettes and it satisfies both of the goals. In most of them you see a bit of breast tissue, often winking out between arms, legs and skimpy clothing. It is not hard to use your imagination to fill in the gaps, which is truly what a pin-up is supposed to do.
