Wooden tee alternative,
By Regarding performance, I see no perceivable increase in distance. In windy conditions the ball has a difficult time staying on it. It is hard to drive the tee into the hard winter ground. Overall, there are better values for conventional tee alternatives. The advantage of this deal is that you get a subscription to a golf magazine, for now.

One Less Thing to Think About,

I first used a brushed tee because I found it on a course. I liked it, so bought a set. I like the feel, and I think they have added yards to my drives. Plus, it's one less thing to think about when setting up - no more, is it too high? is it too low? it's perfect height every time!

I love these tees!,
By They may appear expensive (approximately $2-$3 a tee), but they don't break like wooden tees, so they last forever! I'm still using the same 3 tees I bought a year ago. I lose them before I break them (in fact, I don't think I've ever broken one), or I let someone else try them and they end up taking my tees. I have never experienced "crushed brushes" as in previous review. They do come with a nice little plastic holder that prevents crushing in your golf bag and helps the tee keep its shape. I like them!

They are easy to put into the ground and hold the ball very well.
I`ve only used them twice so i can`t talk about durability.

A buddy of mine showed me these and uses them for consistency off the tee. He wasn't kidding. It's just another one of those variables (tee height) that you can eliminate with these things.

Wooden tee alternative,

At roughly $2 per tee, this is an expensive alternative to conventional wooden tees. For a beginner, it may help with consistent tee height. However, the durability of the tee is lacking. The bristles tend to deform after repeated use. A case is included that helps the tee maintain its shape and a ball marker is integrated into the cap.
Regarding performance, I see no perceivable increase in distance. In windy conditions the ball has a difficult time staying on it. It is hard to drive the tee into the hard winter ground. Overall, there are better values for conventional tee alternatives.

I bought these for my husband who prefers brush tees to the standard wood tees. They hold up well and are the ideal length. They are exactly what I expected when I ordered them. I wouldn't say they exactly improve your game but they serve their basic purpose. The price was also attractive. I would order them again.

Quite Expensive but Long Lived,

These are quite expensive when compared to a single wooden or plasic tee, but they do last a long time and generally never break - just eventually become deformed. However I found that I was just as happy with pillar tees and since they come in more sizes, you can get exactly the right height. I don't buy the idea of being able to hit the ball further - maybe there's something I missed in the briefing - a tee is just a tee. Worth a try though and a very smart tee if you feel you need a lift when teeing off.

These type of golf tees are the only way to go. I have not lost one or broken one since I started using them over 2 years ago. Well worth the money.
