Very useful book. It is written in easy format, direct to the point, explains how to treat injured based on types of injuries, repeating same cautions over and over again that helps a lot to get automatics. There are number of tips given for practical applications and differential diagnosis. Last quarter of the book summarizes all with nice pictures except where author shows checking carotid pulse on both sides of the neck simultaneously suprised me.
