Bubble Gum Playland Ball Pit

I noticed the age is 3 and up but I think most 3 year old would be a little big for this. Not sure why the age is that old. As with any toy a child should be supervised at all time so I would think this would be good for a 1-2 year old. Also it is much bigger than I thought and there definitely was not enough balls included. We will have to buy more.

We have one very similar to this. It's the same thing without the music. We love ours. The balls do get stuck sometimes going down the spiral, but it doesn't effect how fun it is for my son. It's bigger than I thought it would be, but still fits in a small bedroom with our exercise equipment. We leave it blown up, but in a closed off room. I would not let my son play in this or any ball pit unsupervised. That does not mean I consider this ball pit unsafe.
We did get extra balls for ours.

The item looked like a lot of fun. It was our third ball pit (each a different type), as they all eventually get a flat from heavy play. Intially the kids really got a kick out of it, although the balls get stuck in the spiral quite often.

My youngest son, 3, plays in it frequently. However I glanced over at him playing in it tonight and he had leaned the spiral over (fully inflated) and was actually fitting his head into the hole in the top to recieve the balls. This is a HUGE SAFETY HAZARD!! Had I not been there watching him, and had he gotten stuck with his head in there, he could have suffocated very easily.

I highly recommend a higher starting age on this one, but by then it's really too small. Pass and get something without a hole. This one got torn down immedately after I saw him do it and now sits in the garbage can. No second chances!
