My son absolutely loves Bubble Guppies, and I like it too. It is extremely colorful and the songs are so cute! I am extremely disappointed in this dvd. For the price, I certainly wasn't expecting two seasons (or even one) but I expected something like the other Nickelodeon dvd's at this price point...6-8 episodes. I can't believe I only got 2 episodes, and the movie that they show quite frequently on tv. (The only good part of the movie is Wanda Sykes voicing the witch) It is just not as cute as the regular shows. I feel like I got ripped off. They should have marketed this as the movie with extra features, instead of making it seem like it was a compilation of episodes.

My son loves the Bubble Guppies. Part of this was my fault. Even though the DVD never actually said season 1 or 2, or anything of that nature, I shouldn't have assumed that that is in fact what it would cover. Instead, a very sorry movie is on it with two television episodes. Please read all of the information before ordering this DVD. If you want the movie, then by all means, purchase the DVD but if you wanted the episodes, and more than just two and some karaoke mess at the end, then I'd advise against this. I hope that they come out with an actual season episode DVD because this was a waste of money. He isn't even watching it. He couldn't stand the movie when it came on air and nothing has changed and quite frankly, the movie doesn't have the same 'magic' as the episodes. It is different, noticeably so.

There are only three episodes on this DVD, Bubble Puppy, Bubble Bites and the hour long fairy tale. My 2 year old, however, loves it. I just wish there were more episodes on it, I know I am going to get really sick of these three! But having them on DVD means we can play it on his portable DVD player and can put something else on the main TV. Now, they just need to make more of these and more Bubble Guppies products! Come on Nickelodeon, the kids LOVE this show!

Bubble Guppies is wonderful, and my son loves the show. However, this collection is puny and pathetic. All this time with no Bubble Guppies media release and this is what 'Nick' puts out is just sad.

7 Episodes from Season 2 have been aired. 20 episodes were aired for Season 1.

We receive 3 episodes on DVD - Disgraceful.

Hopefully, a Blu-ray full season(s) release will follow, if not, at least full season(s) DVD releases. The show gets 5 stars. This release gets 1 star; hence, the "3" rating.

Additionally, the one-hour special "Fin-tastic Fairytale" [Episode 24 from season 1] should have been in widescreen format as broadcasted on TV. Newer episodes are in widescreen as well. The remaining episodes included, if the source was not in widescreen, it leaves full-screen as acceptable (And unfortunately the only option). However, the aforementioned should have definitely been in widescreen format, or at least the option to choose between the two formats; especially considering the remaining content being so thin.

It's about time! I've been waiting for Bubble Guppies on DVD for a while now, and am happy to see it's finally here. My 2-year old daughter LOVES Bubble Guppies! It's a great show, very educational - it reinforces what she's already learning from us, colors, fruits/vegetables, seasons, etc. I didn't know where she picked up the word "spooky" until I realized it was a Bubble Guppy episode (along with, "Mommy, there's no such thing as ghosts.") We already have it on our iPads, but will get the DVD too for home viewing. Have been waiting for this one (and other Bubble Guppies merchandise) for a while! Thank you! Thank you!

My two girls love this show. My 2-year old sings and dances and counts and spells along with the characters in the episodes. Her eyes light up when you even mention the word "bubble". Naturally when I saw a DVD coming out I rushed to pre-order and was happy when it arrived on-time. Packaging and box artwork was great. After popping the DVD in and pressing play I started to feel buyer's remorse. The menu provided 3 selections: play all, select episode, and extras. Ok, so let's see what episodes are included. What? 2 regular episodes and the hour-long fairy tale? Wait, I thought this was a collection of the seasons 1 and 2. Certainly this can't be it! Let's see what extras are included. Oh hooray, a karaoke song. Well at least my girls get to enjoy the box artwork as they watch the same 3 episodes over and over again. Thank goodness I paid for the Amazon streaming service where they can watch any episode they want on-demand. This DVD is a serious let-down as far as amount of content. However, the episodes are crisp and clear and sound is perfect. So it's not the quality, it's the quantity! Here's to hoping a blu-ray comes out that includes ALL episodes and some worthwhile extras like music videos and exclusive content.

With 2 children, 20 months and 7 months this show gives me a nice break to get a hot cup of coffee in. My 7 month old smiles when she hears the music. I wanted to pre order, but totally forgot to. So when I was in Target the other day, I saw it and was so happy, UNTIL I read the box. Two episodes and the movie? Are you kidding me Nickelodeon? Not worth, so I took to my DVR and taped as many as I could find. Very misleading, and I'm glad I didn't waste my money. Hopefully with all the complaints being lodged Nickelodeon will give us the first complete first season. Take the hint Nickelodeon.
