Cook time -- Bubbleteasupply.com tapioca pearls cook for 10 minutes.
These pearls are a powdery, crumbly mess right out of the bag, which translates to many broken pieces floating around the pot as the pearls cook.
After cooking them I tried one and they still had the maple syrup smell/taste to the point were I didn't want to eat them.
