not a fillet knife,

This review is from: Buck 223 Silver Creek Fixed Blade Filet Knife (Blue/Stainless) (Sports)
This knife was originally sent to us as a replacement for a fillet knife thats been discontinued.
I would have to say that this blade is a bit stiff for a fillet knife, but our use for it as a skinning knife is perfect. We wound up ordering 2 more.

I like this knife. I actually bought two. It is sharp and cuts clean. Last August, I went tuna fishing off coast of Oregon. We caught 81 Albacore tuna. This knife made my share of the cleaning a breeze.

This knife is worth 5 bucks, not more and only for its handle. Buck made in China, "nice American" product!
Blade is cheap and crooked. I bought a knife made in Japan for $1.50 better than this piece of crap.
