I ordered a subscription for my Mother-in-law last November as her Christmas Gift. I was informed the first issue might take 3-4 months to arrive. We were both ok with waiting, as the magazine is a quarterly publication. Here is is June and she just informed me it never arrived. Now I have to go through Amazon to resolve the subscription problem. Total hassle to even have to deal with this.
