We purcahsed two pillows because we LOVE them. These are of very good quality and were delivered right on time. These are the best quality that we have seen.

The pillow was filled with small plastic beads, not buckwheat hull, and underfilled, so it did not give the support I had in my last real buckwheat hull pillow.

I bought this for myself and as a gift and both of us are so sadly disappointed. The neck opening is not large enough and the pointed tip at the end of the neck opening actually jabs into your skin. The extensions just need to be longer and the whole pillow would be perfect, but as is, it is unusable for myself and my father.

My wife lost her neck pillow after 14 years of use traveling. She was worried she couldn't find another pillow as good. However, this pillow has won her approval. It did take a few days to "break it in". She now loves it. Also, she likes the fact you can remove the outer covering for easy washing.

I sleep on a traditional (rectangular) buckwheat pillow and find that it helps my cronic neck pain. However, I wanted something to support my neck while sitting watching tv or on the computer; this works great for that. It provides support but is firm enough to keep from straining my neck and comfortable. If you've tried all kinds of other pillows I recommend trying this one.

I ordered this for my little granddaughter who loved the one I had. Mine is better than this one, as this one is very wintry. Mine is good all year round.
