4.0 out of 5 stars I enjoyed it
A friend of mine who is really into the trance/techno scene trashed this album. I can see why someone who really is into the techno/trash scene could dislike this cd. There is a lot of variety on the cd. I just listend to one song that has heavy almost reggae beats with a middle-eastern female's voice over it. Another song has some dope spanish guitar over Peruvian...

3.0 out of 5 stars bhudda bar presents amnesty international ~ various artists
The first part of the cd is not too bad, but the second part of the cd is horrible. The mix of the music does not carry the bhudda bar signature. Too much rage music and it's not as spiritual as the others.

There is a lot of variety on the cd. I just listend to one song that has heavy almost reggae beats with a middle-eastern female's voice over it. Another song has some dope spanish guitar over Peruvian flutes. This album basically tries to incorporate tons of world influences into each song. The result is sometimes really cool, and other times a little tacky. All in all, I think they did a good job. I am pleased that I got it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Truely amazing, February 4, 2003

This CD is by far one of the best chillout cds ever released. Dj Ravin (cd1) has found a way to bring together all these cultures in a way that even Claude Challes could not. I only gave it 5 stars because the system won't take more.
