I really enjoyed listening to this CD. Some of the chants are standard and some are new.
This is music from the zendo at Beacher Lake in New York
Very peaceful

A way to bring Zen music into your home.

This is not a commercially produced CD and I am surprised to see it on Amazon.

Actually it is a delight to see it on Amazon

Recorded during the Dai Bosatsu Zendo's 30 anniversary, this CD contains the daily chants, sutras and lectures. It is a rare glimpse into the inner sounds of a Rinzai Zen monastery.

For those of us who are not physically able to go to the zendo so as to taek part regularly in moring prayer, this is a wonderful way in which to hear and receit the chants.

Highly recommneded for the serious practitioner and for those who wnat to listen to the chants.
