About the Author

Kimberly Saunders was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Her father was a career enlisted man, so she grew up around the world, on a budget. She comes from a long line of excellent cooks and many of the recipes contained in Budget Meals are old family recipes. Kimberly enjoys cooking, baking, sewing on vintage machines and homeschooling.

very helpful, although no pictures! definitely meant for a family of four though, so the single person may run into issues adapting all the recipes.
