Karen has outlined in her book her physical fitness program, of which I am a testimony that it works. I have lost 125 pounds following her work-out regimen and following a sensible diet that was no more than 1300 calories/20 grams of fat a day...plus a maximum of two "free" meals a week in which I could eat out with friends.
