A book for students of budgeting,

This book aimes at giving the reader a comprehensive picture of the budgetprocess from the creation of the different parts of the budget to the finished result, and the processes after the completion.The authors try to make it the most complete, practical and readable book about budgeting. I think, that the result is very good. The only things I miss is more emphasis on the subject of making the budgetassumptions and the difficulties in educating people in the company in the budgetprocess. |
