This HAS to be one of the best Albums De Gregori has made. Songwriting is top-rate, and musically it's not to bad either. 'Atlantide' is an incredibly beautiful song and if you don't know Italian its worth picking up a dictionary to translate it -pure poetry. 'Bufalo Bill', 'Esploratore Tobia' and Uccisione di Babbo Natale', 'Festival' are also classic De Gregori tracks; in fact, the only weak link is possibly 'Disastro Aereo'. What's ultimately striking about this album is that its 'poeticity' feels genuinely sincere and heartfelt - a feature which distinctively lacked in Francesco's later efforts.
