A friend of mine recommended this book, Buff Moms, because she has the Buff Brides book and LOVES it! This is a great book if you are wanting to get your body back into pre-baby shape. It has numerous exercises, some using weights or an exercise ball, as well as stretches. The book is broken down into weeks - postpartum - with appropriate exercises for each week. Get...

This had some good information and the toning exercises were pretty easy to follow but I can't say that it helped me get back into shape. I wish I would have checked it out from the library first. I probably wouldn't have purchased then.

A friend of mine recommended this book, Buff Moms, because she has the Buff Brides book and LOVES it! This is a great book if you are wanting to get your body back into pre-baby shape. It has numerous exercises, some using weights or an exercise ball, as well as stretches. The book is broken down into weeks - postpartum - with appropriate exercises for each week. Get this book before you deliver so you can use it right away! (My little one is 13 months and I am currently using all the exercises and stretches in the book from weeks 3-6 postpartum in addition to my daily cardio) She also has a section on c-section deliveries and what exercises you can and can't do. She also covers nutrition as well as FAQs on postpartum physical changes and definitons. Great book, I highly recommend it!
