The Kids in my Classroom Loved This Game!,

I used this game in my ESOL classroom and the kids loved it! They laughed heartily at the pictures and anticipated the new round of photos with excitement. They thought they were so funny. Since my kids were learning English, they phrases or terms used on the cards are very difficult, but that didn't meant I couldn't abbreviate the meanings in some way so they could understand. It was very good concept and English language learning. The kids loved the game and the variety of rounds was fun too. There is one where four cards are used for each individual to decide "the procrastinator" for example, and one round where the group decides on an answer and one individual has to guess. I highly recommend this game.

Faces is a party game played in rounds. In the first three rounds, six pictures are shown of men, women and animals, respectively. Some of the animals look better than the people, and I'm not kidding!! The people pics are B&W and are from the 19th century, judging from the fashion styles seen. In turn, each player chooses one of the pictures to respond to a question asked, like "Which one looks the grumpiest?" Others try to guess which picture that played picked. You get to advance on the game board if you do. Then in another round, two pictures are shown, and the person whose turn it is must guess which of the two pictures a certain player submitted. First one to reach the Finish space wins.
A fun game that will provide laughs. Some of the pictures are hysterical. This game is out of print, but if you're looking for a party game to add to your collection, consider this one.

I played this game with a few friends and we had a great time. It is really fun trying to figure out which face you think your friends are going to go for. I had such a good time that another friend and I decided the buy the game for ourselves.
