5.0 out of 5 stars Great Magazine Coupler, December 5, 2011
This review is from: Buffer Technologies Ar-15 MAG Cinch for 30 Round Magazines (Misc.)
I got a few of these from New Frontier Armory down the street. They work great on my Magpul magazines. They hold them real tight together. I don't have any issues with my magazines popping out rounds. Either way I wouldn't consider that an issue with the coupler. But there isn't really much to say about these other than they do a great job over some of the others out there. Make sure when you cut the excess strap you run a lighter over it to melt the ends so they don't fray.

4.0 out of 5 stars AR-15 man, April 7, 2011
This review is from: Buffer Technologies Ar-15 MAG Cinch for 30 Round Magazines (Misc.)
Very cool piece of equipment. I use it on my rock river AR-15 with after market (magpul and tapco) mags. it very securly attaches the two mags together. I like it b/c unlike other brands and configurations, the straps allow you to secure the mags together VERY tightly, other products use clips or other various methods, which prove to be shoddy when actually firing the waepon. I gave it 4 out of 5 b/c when you seat the mags into the rifle with a hard slap like I do, the extra mag tends to eject a round (at least partially. some mags come with covers to keep this from happening, such as the newer magpul mags, but Its no big deal if your less abusive with your weapon than I am. overall, its a very good system, it works with any type of mag and it adds ALOT of firepower (in the form of very fast reloads) to your tactical rifle. Make sure when your trimming the extra slack of the nilon straps you leave some room for tightening or changing later, otherwise you cant swap mags or adjust the cinch.
