I do NOT understand why my review was REMOVED. Customers have a right to see what others think of the product so I will RESTATE my review:
"I would NOT recommend the Buffet Crampon Attache Clarinet Case for Bb Clarinet Single. Having had this for only 2 weeks, the shoulder backpack strap has already ripped off the seam. I can probably fix it since it is off the seam but I expect BETTER QUALITY than that. The QUALITY of the case cover is awful. Plainly stated it is junk. "

I do NOT want a credit of $15.00 for future purchases. There will NOT be any "future purchases. I can NOT return the item either since it is a new Buffet Crampon E11 Bb Clarinet that needs protection from moisture etc.. BTW I also had to WATERPROOF it since it is NOT a waterproofed case.
If you would like to offer me a $15.00 check to cover my aggravation to repair this case, I would accept that for my time and trouble - even though that is a low amount. You would NOT be able to find a professional to repair it for that amount. At least I would feel better about having to go through the trouble.
I am also NOT happy about the REMOVAL of my review. Others need to KNOW about the QUALITY of the Buffet Crampton Attache case cover for the single Bb Clarinet. I have given an honest evaluation and it should NOT be removed. Your removal of my comments makes me less inclined to do future business with you.
