This is additional gear that's too heavy to carry that I may have to leave behind in a worst case scenario. As with my gear, a big focus of mine would be to conceal as best as you can what you have as to not draw attention to yourself and make yourself a target. If you use a roofrack or tailhitch then cover with a tarp or something.

"These are surprisingly decent to eat. Great shelf life and lightweight. I have a number of these loaded in my duffles along with canned food ect. These are more space efficient then the smaller pouches"
