This stroller is outrageously priced, but WORTH IT!

I love this stroller! I have a travel system and I just don't like it. It's too bulky, and I don't like that I can't see my baby in it except through the little plastic window in the canopy. I wanted a stroller that would have my baby facing me, and I also wanted it to be lightweight, maneuverable, growable (with my babe)...this stroller is it!

Forward/backward facing: You can flip the seat or bassinet to face either direction, and you can also flip the handlebars to wheel in either direction (see below, under maneuverability). It's very easy to switch which way the seat/bassinet faces, just push a button on each side. It's also to change the tilt of the seat (the bassinet doesn't really tilt), again, just push a button one each side; .

Maneuverability: This is a very lightweight stroller, and maneuvers like a champ! The big, air-filled tires handle rugged terrain, and the small tires make it ridiculously easy to turn. You can reverse the handlebars so that with either set is in front. Lead with the big set when you need better traction, lead with the small set the rest of the time (for easier steering; it's somewhat awkward to steer with the big tires in front). When I hit a snowy patch on the sidewalk, I simply flip the handle so that I'm leading with the big tires, and it's easy to get through. You can also switch to using just two wheels and dragging the stroller behind you like a rollaboard suitcase (only with the seat, not the bassinet, and only facing forward, all for obvious safety reasons). I haven't had occasion to use it that way just yet, but I'm trying to plan something so that I will get to!

Growable: It comes with the necessary stuff for the bassinet and the seat, meaning it's good from birth until you reach the weight limit (40lbs).

I had to write a review after reading the one who said her baby stopped fitting in her frog. That doesn't make any sense as my 3 year old - who is a big boy! - LOVES his frog still. We are expecting a new baby any day, and I think my son is going to be really jealous when she takes over his stroller. My son's favorite thing about this stroller is that he can lie completely flat and I put a blanket on him, put down the canopy and he feels so safe and secure. It is also so fun to be able to move the handle bar back and forth so easily as you're walking. You won't believe how often this feature is used! If he is facing forward and there is sun in his eyes, I just rotate the stroller so that he's now facing me while we walk. He loves it! I would say that the major drawback to this stroller- aside from the obvious high price tag- is the amount of room it takes up in your trunk! We have a jeep grand cherokee so there is plenty to room, but not much room left for other stuff with the stroller inside. It also took me awhile to open the stroller- I figured it out now, but it's not quite as easy or quick as say a Graco travel system or one of those snap n go's. Taking the stroller apart into the 2 pieces is very easy and seems quick enough. The bag underneath is great, and I actually love where the break is because I hang shopping bags or my purse from the brake attached to the handlebar. Overall, I LOVE my frog, wouldn't trade it for anything and feel proud walking around with it wherever I go.

This stroller is outrageously priced, but WORTH IT! My little guy is only 4 months old and I feel like the stroller has already paid for itself. It fits in the back of my little impreza wagon and so easy to get in and out of the car. Easy to maneuver with one hand through doorways etc. We first bought the Mutsy (awful product) and returned it and went with Bugaboo. SO glad we did!

The Bugaboo Frog is the stroller we were looking for our newborn baby girl. Is fantastic. Easy to assemble and fold down for our small car trunk as well as its light weight make it completely functional.

Yes, the Bugaboo is worth it. We bought a "Frog" almost two years ago for our first daughter. For the first 3 months of her life, the Bugaboo was her mobile bassinet [hint: we didn't buy a standalone bassinet since the bugaboo has one and saved $].

We bought the frog, rather than the Cameleon because we (a) were OK with the solid color and (b) neither one of us needed the ability to extend the handlebars (if you're 6' or taller, you might).

Our Bugaboo has made lots of trips with us and we've had no problem gate-checking it on the plane.

Rides like a champ. Durable. Stylish.

I bought this bugaboo for my newborn son because it is versatile and solid. After mounting it, I inflated the back tires with the pump provided (not an easy task, because the pump is really small): twenty minutes later, one of the tires EXPLODED. I found out that it is not an uncommon problem. I sent an email to their customer service and they did not reply in the next 24 hours. I called and a customer service representative naturally gifted with bad manners told me that they will send a replacement for the exploded tire. Delivery time: 7 business days, which basically means two weeks between the explosion and my possibility to use the stroller. Way too long for a new baby!
