I purchased the Chrome from a different Site and while the blender is very eye catching its functionality stops there. It cannot blend ice adequately, and behaves as an mediocre product which you can purchase at any retail store for under $50. Within the 8months the blender completely stopped functioning, to the point it does not even start. The light indicating the blender is on lights up however the rotators do not even move. Next there is virtually no customer service available, there is only a email contact. I emailed casa bugatti and there is no warranty on these items, i was advised to send these items to the address provided and also the disclaimer added said, "we are not responsible for any damages the product may endure during shipping, please choose an appropriate shipping option". so Basically there's no warranty, no customer service and if i send you this item to fix, i not only need to pay shipping but if in any case my item is damaged i am on my own.

Desperately heavy,suitable for serial killers only,unnecessarily large glass jar,which is unwieldy and impossible to clean without dropping it.Avoid this overly expensive item.

The blender looks perfect, but it's terrible when it comes to doing the job. The jar is super heavy, even when empty. It's definitely a two hand grab when full. Cleaning is complicated - taking off the the bottom of the jar is very difficult. A small and unmarked tab needs to be pushed, while the bottom is rotated. At the same time, someone needs to hold the heavy jar. While the design looks European the construction is undeniably Chinese. For these reasons I am returning the blender.

I love my Bugatti blender - it works great and chops, and puree's the entire contents.
Looks great on my counter, too!

The Bugatti blender is so stylish, a piece of art and powerful enough for my daily fruit smoothies and whatever else I want to come up with for breakfast or lunch. So easy to use and because it looks so good, everyone wants to use it when they come to visit! A few parties have started that way.
