Book Description

You might think you've tasted the best pizza at your local pizzeria, but once you get introduced to cooking pizzas in your own wood-fired oven, you will never go back to the average pizza again.

You don't have to be a fancy chef or have any experience to build and cook the BEST pizzas ever - in your own backyard!

You'll learn how to build your brick pizza oven with our:
- 17 Step-by-Step Instructions
- Sample materials list with costs from our oven
- Money saving tips if you're on a really tight budget

Want to be the envy of your friends, family and neighbors?

You'll Wow them by cooking pizza's in just 90 seconds, literally. That's right, only 90 seconds when your oven heats at the optimal temperatures around 800 degrees.

Take it from us. We're just average people that like to cook and eat fresh and flavorful ingredients - our own way. We're not paid chefs or skilled masonry or construction workers. We learned just by researching online and purchasing a few books.

BONUS #1: A shopping checklist we use to prepare for our pizza parties.
BONUS #2: A Table for estimating ingredients when serving large groups.

1.0 out of 5 stars Dont buy it. November 2, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
This book, sorry, pamphlet has to be the biggest waste of money ever, there is no real talk through of the oven building process just some flimsy explanation and a few pics of how its all done.
Dont waste your money as there are better tutorials on the internet for free.

This book totally Sucks. You can get more, better, more detailed, and better pics from the Internet for free from links provided in the book for the sites the authors stole from. Don't be another victim of these scammers. I want my money back. Jerks.

the book sugested references alone are worth the price. The couple built the oven and provide their errors-so we can avoid them!

1.0 out of 5 stars Common sense August 1, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Basic info. If you have the ability to build a pizza oven the info in this book is common sense. To basic. Still haven't built my oven and I could have wrote a more detailed book. Do some google research. You will learn a lot more.

Have not started this project yet. Like most how to books, there are leaps taken that unless you are mechanically inclined you will miss. I have a few different books on this topic, none of which have complete info. The short of it…. There is no inexpensive to build one of these, that has all the bells and whistles & looks good.
