For most of my life up until the age of about 21 years old, I have been skinny.
I hated it.

That's when I decided to embark on this journey of nutrition and weightlifting to look good and feel great.

I have tried and failed many times, going from skinny to fat a few times and never really found out ho to grow real muscle and get the coveted six pack.

After 12 years I have finally found the correct formulae of exercise and nutrition to have the body I have always dreamed of.

I have been wondering since my childhood about the wrestler or body builders.How they posses such heavy figure, its been a question from my part.Now the truth is revealed, and i am grateful to the author for satisfying my curiosity.Now I know what is required to be a body builder, what meal to take,exercise etc.I recommend to read this book to get body building tips.

The information to be found in the book is very helpful because it is easy to understand. The author really does well in expressing the ideas in the simple step by step way on how doing it.

Increasing your metabolism and decreasing your injury risk are so important to how you feel. Good information.
Great book if you are interested in learning the fundamentals of strength training for bodybuilding, weight loss or just getting stronger.

I love this book! Highly recommended for anyone just starting out in building strength.
I read it in one sitting. I just couldn't stop when I had some free time. What is explained is just real facts and No BS Fundamentals of building strength.

This book is a very good read, loaded with lots of information. A must read book for all men who wants to know the techniques on this.
Overall, this contributes a helpful information regarding Body Weight.

Highly recommended!

When I saw this book, I knew it was for me! Each technique is easy to understand and always leaves me feeling nice the next day.
I feel like I'm already getting stronger after only few weeks! Clay Michaels does a great job explaining the whys and the hows. Great book to start building your shape.

Great explanation of the proper way to build muscle mass.
This book is amazing!! I would recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight or just build muscle. If you've ever tried to do either and hit a Plateau, this book will solve that.

I'm still using this program, trying to achieve my ultimate goal, and now I'm comfortable knowing that I will--as long as I stick with the program.

Good luck making your goals, too. I think this book will help you do it.

If you want to bulk, cut, or maintain, get this book. It's not even a though of why, it's why not.

This book was wonderful !!! I really enjoyed reading it because of all the tips and strategies that the Author provided kept me motivated to get my body back in shape. Basically, the book emphasizes important tips of how you can regain control of your diet to make a gradual routine part of your overall toning strategy. At first I didn’t want to read it but then it really appealed to me because of the tips that were easy to relate to and use on my own. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to change their approach to building muscles.
