Majellan Max
Excellent book for beginners in construction management; it has all the informations well outlined; excellent reference book for construction managers and superintendents. if you are a civil engineer or a project manager in the building construction industry, you need this book in your shelf.

Good instruction, deceiving advertisement.
"Includes a complete set of residential plans from Home Planners, Inc., the nation's leading provider of home plans. With a detailed material takeoff, from site work to electrical." These are full size set of drawing around ANSI C size or above. They are reduced to the size of the book itself. In summary they are useless you wont see anything there. I was expecting...
