This book does exactly waht is is designed to do. It is perfect for jump starting your journey! I have used it many many times with new believers and is great for a class or to be read alone. This book has also be used in India, and South America. Honestly I have tried to find a better resource for getting across the basics of the Christian Faith and have come back to this time and time a again. This is the most user friendly guide to basic Bible Doctrines I have found.

This is an excellent book and study on the Biblical foundations of the Christian Faith. Each building block was clearly and concisely explained so as to easily understand.

It's a very thourgh yet understandble basics of the Christian faith. Great for new believers to get the basics or for those who have been believers for awhile yet didn't get the foundations of the faith.

I have had the opportunity to go through this study on two occasions - once when my husband was saved five years ago and once after several years of being under the teaching of Dr. John Hawkins. As a new christian, or one who needs a refresher of the basics - this is the perfect study to allow God to work through your heart and thoughts of the meaning of such things as salvation, baptism, stewardship, witnessing and the importance of connecting to the church family. This book is ideal for the new believer but great for those who need a sense of renewing.
