I put on a lego-themed bday party for my 8 year old son, and i used these molds to make chocolate candies which I put on my son's cake.
I used Wilton brand candy wafers in different colors. One thing I discovered was that if you spoon the melted chocolate in to the lego brick mold, the chocolate will not go into the little "bumps"

To solve this, I bought a wilton bottle with a tip on it, and piped the melted chocolate into each "bump", tapped the mold to settle the chocolate into the mold, and then proceded to fill each brick halfway. I wasted alot of chocolate filling the mold all the way on my first batch. I preferred slender bricks since I was just putting them on a cake.

I put the mold in the fridge for ten minutes and then carefully peeled the candies out. They looked great! The minifigure mold was even easier to use---the candies came out perfect and shiny and looked like the real deal. My son and his friends were impressed with these candies as was I ! After the party, we used the molds to make jello jigglers and they came out perfect. (use half the water the original jello recipe calls for)

They were exactly what I expected!! They were perfect. However, I need to order more, as an online blogger gave me the idea to make crayons with them, but said to melt the crayons in the mold in the microwave. . Don't do it! Melt crayons separate, as the molds eventually melted through.

I bought these molds to make crayons for our son's birthday party goodie bags. Chopped up the crayons, filled in the little guys and popped into a 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. One thing...you may need to add more chopped crayon half-way through the melting process, so keep extra on hand. Once cooled (about an hour), they pop right out and look so cute and shiney! Love this product (^:

These molds were easy to use. I put them in the freezer and was able un-mold in the time it took to fill the other mold. Remember to tamp the molds while the chocolate is still warm to remove air bubbles and you will see great results. As per another review, I did fill the building brick molds half way and they fit great around my son's cake.

As advertised, these molds were great. Made candy bricks in 30 minutes. Spray with cooking spray and straight to freezer. One tip is to use a toothpick to get out any air bubbles prior to freezer.

These were awesome for making crayons. I preferred the lego men mold, as the blocks could not really stack and it was easy to break of the nobs.

So the sizes seen are the relative sizes. The lego mold is actually three times bigger than the lego figures, which are about true to size. That makes the lego bricks more like duplos. The figure mold was easy to use- melt chocolate, pour in, tap on counter to level it, refrigerate and pop out when hard. The bricks were difficult. The prongs of the bricks didn't turn out well overall. I had to bang the tray on the counter umpteen times to try to get all the air bubbles out. I think you also need to make sure they are super hard before popping out.
Hint- I used white chocolate chips and food coloring for the bricks and added a little coconut oil to thin the melted chocolate. I topped a whole cake with alternating brick colors and figurines around the sides and it was a big hit even with the mistakes.
