About the Author

As a wife, mother, civil engineer, entrepreneur and leader, Barbara Mulkey certainly has a full schedule. Although she had what many dream of-a comfortable position at an established firm-she decided that she wanted more. She then created Mulkey Engineers & Consultants. The mother of three made sure that her firm was family-friendly, offering flexible schedules, challenging work and great benefits.

I had hoped that this book would be similar to those written by Henry Petroski, however I was sorely mistaken. Skip this book and choose something else in it's place.

Yes I believe in Jesus, but we Engineers can be very funny, and we do have our quirks, I was misled into thinking I would be reading about it. But our author is really tring to show us how God is in everything we do. I agree but what I really wanted was some levity, not here.
