1.0 out of 5 stars Not all that it seems, October 25, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Building Business Credit for Business Owners (Spiral-bound)
This book is not all that it seems to be. I expected to get a lot more than just generalizations, and this is information that I could have gotten for free from various resources. The book's description is hype. It doesn't go in-depth on building credit for businesses. It mentions Dun & Bradstreet but doesn't give you the exact steps, in's and out's nor guidelines needed to start from scratch or for the experienced businesses... just generalizations that you can get by calling Dun & Bradstreet. There's a lot of mumbo jumbo in the beginning about starting businesses and etc. It didn't take long to realize these guys are in the business of selling books and services... they're in the seminar business & don't give a hoot about you or your problems. Their book promotes buying into their other services costing thousands of dollars. Save your money. It's a high price to pay for information you cannot fully use, especially when they care more about making sales than helping you. I'm dissatisified with its contents.

This review is from: Building Business Credit for Business Owners (Spiral-bound)
These guys dont have experience they have just done research. this book is very topical and gives very little specific help on how to create credit for a business. You could find the only substanative remarks on the internet or just ask Dun and Bradstreet. (...)

1.0 out of 5 stars Lot's of hype. Little substance., August 5, 2007
This review is from: Building Business Credit for Business Owners (Spiral-bound)
The book doesn't provide you the information you really need. You can put the content of value in about two paragraphs. The guy is really trying to sell his service which costs thousands. Waste of money.
