About the Author
Philip St. Romain has served as regional coordinator for the Louisiana Department of Education's Substance Abuse Prevention Education program. He has worked as a campus minister and a high-school teacher. St. Romain has participated in many workshops, seminars, and courses in counseling and substance abuse. He is a full-time writer and lecturer and lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with his wife and two daughters.

Philip St. Romain, M.S., D. Min., has published over 20 books on spirituality and theology. He has served as a spiritual director for many people since 1985, and currently ministers at Heartland Center for Spirituality in Great Bend, KS.
