5.0 out of 5 stars This book saves you time, work and money -- wow!, March 13, 2005
This review is from: Building a Cool House for Hot Times Without Scorching the Pocketbook (Paperback)
Sure, I want to build a house someday - in Florida, even. So already I'm thinking the air conditioning alone is going to cost a fortune. But from this book I learned it doesn't have to. The author tells us she put several years into gathering the information that goes into a low-maintenance, high-comfort home -- even one in Florida -- and I believe her. Thanks to the information in this book, I think the day I start building my house has just moved several years closer. Thanks, author Smith!
