The book preaches pushing the ball to the sideline and corner and denying everything out of it. It has drills along with diagrams to work on this concept. It's simple and well done. Any coach serious about man to man defense should have it.

VERY INFORMATIVE. IT GAVE ME GREAT IDEAS ON BREAKING DOWN AND BUILDING UP OUR MAN TO MAN DEFENSE. SOME OF THE DRILLS WERE BEYOND OUR SKILL SET, BUT I WAS ABLE TO USE ALOT AND MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS TO OTHERS. THIS DEFINITELY HELPS IN BUILDING A SOLID MAN TO MAN DEFENSE.
