Wake up call,
By Tara Lynn Fulton (Pennsylvania) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Building the Responsive Campus: Creating High Performance Colleges and Universities (Paperback)
Tierney advocates the application of reengineering principles in institutions of higher education. His arguments are convincing, and he provides excellent guidance to those seeking fundamental redesign of their campuses. He neither deludes the reader into thinking the undertaking will be a one-time, simple task, nor makes it seem like a pipe dream. I recommend this to higher education administrators and to anyone interested in the continuing viability of higher education institutions.
