3.0 out of 5 stars Good info, but not the best.
I'm sorry "Wayne". It's not your fault. The original "Nautilus" Book is the best source of information on exercise equipment and how and why to use it. This book is okay, but it lacks the motivational value of it's predecessor.

This book provides thorough descriptions of the Nautilus line of strength equipment. It also provides a 6 month training program using Westcott's technique of single set exercises for each body part. I have actually worked with Dr. Westcott and have experienced firsthand the positive benefits it yields on previously untrained people. Westcott has done extensive research with the Nautilus equipment and this book passes along what was learned from his studies. It is a good source of information for those looking to get started with exercise and strength training.

Like all the Nautilus books this one too is essential reading ,much the same info as the originals but with added endurance info that was lacking in Jones original theories.
