A blue print to your coaching career....,

At least it was for me. This book doesn't touch any x's and o's there are plenty of books that will do that for you. Instead Coach Pacelli acts as your personal mentor guiding you from that first interview with the AD to the first day of practice. There are tons of practical and useful tips. I'm not sure if the book will hold up over time (for example the first thing Coach Pacelli says you should do is hire a strength coach, to most coaches today strength training is a known essential, but back when I was reading this that was still pretty revolutionary) however I found the book more essential than any x's and o's book I ever read in my early years. Thank you Coach Pacelli!
