I needed a slim and simple sleeve for my Unibody MacBook Pro. Something to over just enough protection while safely stored inside my daily cary bag, that would also keep the various accessories organized. After hours of searching I finally settled on the Built NY cargo bag. It offers everything! Unlike past neoprene bags I've used its cargo pockets securely hold all the accessories, without sliding around or dumping out.

Sure, the case doesn't provide strong protection from falls and it has no cary handle or shoulder strap. If you want either of those then look elsewhere. If you're looking for a great way to keep your laptop safe inside a normal bag, and want to keep everything organized, then this bag is great.

The laptop sleeve is a nice way to store my laptop and cords when I am not using it, but for major travel not really the best option. The pockets are easy to slip things into, but then make the case bumpy and not really the right thing for pulling your laptop out of your bag. For me the sleeve got stuck on the other things in my bag, but I bet it I traveled with a little less stuff it might have been better.

I must say that I love the material, it stretches to fit everything then after you take things out it does go back to its original shape. I like the material so much that I have purchased a camera case too.

The NY laptop sleeve is pretty nice. It does exactly what it's supposed to do which is protect your laptop from scratches. A sleeve will not protect your laptop adequately if, let's say, you drop it. That's not what a sleeve is designed for. Fits my 15" studio nicely. The pockets are actually quite handy too. They stretch, so they'll hold more than you would think.

I keep this sleeve inside the Jack Spade bag I carry to work every day. It's been a great place to organize all of the cables and adapters I carry. The fit is nice and snug on my 2009 Macbook Pro. For the way I use this I think I'd prefer it be a little looser.

I purchased this for my new HP laptop. At first I wasn't sure this sleeve would fit because I have the extended life battery, which sticks out from underneath the laptop (i.e., it doesn't lie flush with the laptop). The fit was PERFECT because the material is stretchy. I am able to put my laptop in this sleeve and carry it around in any bag, not specifically a laptop bag, and feel confident that it's protected because of the padding in the sleeve. I also love the little slit pockets, which I use for my AC adapter and my cordless USB numeric keypad.

This is a great case. I bought the green one on amazon, because it was half the price of the black one. I was glad the green was not a bad color at all after I recieved it, and I am glad I didn't spent twice the money and get the black one. I have the Dell Studio 1555, and the sleeve fits it very snug. It fits really tight the first time, but leave it in there for a few hours and it will fit nicely. I spilled water on it and it didnt really soak in very well which is good, overall i would recommend this laptop sleeve.

This cargo sleeve is great- got it for my 16 yr old niece. It is sleek and it is nice to have the extra pockets.
