This bag has a very nice slim shape and is very light compared to other bags I've used. The great part is that it is very deep and can fit an enormous amount of stuff inside. I plan to use this as a laptop bag after it outlives its intended purpose.

I love the pockets on the outside and inside the drawstring pouch. You can put a wipes case on the outside and a sippy cup/bottle on the side, it has a ring attachment, a pacifier holder (can be used to store other small objects) and again the endless zipper pockets and compartments inside. The strap is padded and very comfortable to wear.

Positives:

-does not look like a diaper bag (looks just like a plain messenger)

-lightweight

-plenty of pockets and compartments

-comfortable strap

-can live beyond use as a diaper bag (perfectly suitable laptop/office bag)

-deep and slim dimensions

Negatives:

-color inside is not as bright as pictured

-bottle holder can be shallow for some bottles (I've had a sippy cup fall out)

I love the weight of this bag, and the amount of pockets that are easily accessible. I was hesitant to put pre-made bottles in the bottle holder for a while (I always used ice packs when going out). But I eventually tested the holder with a cold water bottle---and it stayed very cold for a few hours (I have read this will keep things cold up to 4 hours). I still wouldn't want to leave formula in it for more than 2 hours at a time, but I'm sure if your baby takes breast milk from a bottle, you could definitely keep it in the holder well beyond that.(If you bring water and powdered formula to mix up on the spot when you go out, then you will want to make sure the water is room temperature before sticking it in the bottle holder---it will still be very cold when you go to make up the bottle.)

Neoprene has a certain amount of stretch to it, so it's easy to stuff tons of things in this bag. I even use the front pockets for extra bottles (in addition to the bottle holder on the side). Here's what I usually carry in this bag:

I bought this bag last week and I absolutely love it! I have had several diaper bags (Petunia Picklebottom, Vera Bradley, Skip Hop, and Peg Perego) and this one is my favorite. It looks small compared to other bags but it will hold tons of stuff and it is the lightest bag I have had. My son is 11 months old and I usually always have three diapers, a wipe container, a change of clothes, a light blanket and burp cloth, a small insulated container with food and snacks and a toy or two. The bottle holder on the side is great for bottles but doesn't hold my short fat sippy cups that well. The other exterior pockets are substantial enough for my wallet and phone and other small essentials. Like I said, it is a great bag for the money and the dot pattern is cute!

I have been on a search for a baby bag for 10 months! This bag is great, light weight, great for all types of weather, so roomy. I carry way to much stuff, and it fits everything. All things for baby- diapers, wipes, desitin, change of clothes, bottle, toiletries. And everything I need- camera, wallet, phone, video flip camera, keys, and my toiletries like lipstick and hairbrush. And it is great to carry on your shoulder. I hate bags that hang too low, this one can adjust to hang just below my shoulder, like a nice hobo style, and then adjust to fit perfectly on my Maclaren.

i purchased the black BUILT NY diaper bag and i will say its amazing, the lightest diaper bag i own! i guess you could say i have an addiction to diaper bags, or maybe more like i just cant seem to find the perfect one, either its too big or too small, too heavy or too bulky. but this one is perfect. i was using my petunia pickle bottom bag before i got this one delivered and right when this one came i hurried and transferred all into the new ny built bag and at first i was thinking not all is going to fit but i was wrong it all fit and there is still extra room and oh my it is amazingly light! i love the material of the diaper bag, i have nothing like it. i have plenty of skip hop diaper bags, i love that they hook to the stroller! this one also fits around my peg perego stroller perfectly by just adjusting the strap! i love that this bag is waterproof, i have had a few times milk dump in the inside of my bags and yuck! the inside of the black built ny is a bright light baby blue. its verynice! i give this bag a perfect A+ score! love it love it! it holds a great amount and still has room for more. i have inside 3 pullups for my 2 1/2 year old and about 5 diapers for my 1 year old and bottle of milk, a water bottle, a few toys, a container of gold fish, baby food, sippy cup, and an extra bottle. im sure it could fit a change of clothes but i have a separate bag for my xtra change of clothes! i love it and dont think i will be searching for a new diaper bag anymore!

I was looking for a diaper bag that would suit me for a couple of months before I gave birth. I wanted something cool and practical--and this bag is exactly what I wanted! I definitely didn't want a traditional diaper bag, just something super easy to take care of, with lots of space, and lots of compartments. I don't have a car since I live in the city (DC) and it's just a pain to have one here at this point, so I needed something that packs lots of stuff. This bag has it all, even a compartment for a pacifier (you know how easy those get lost!). To give you an idea: it easily fits 5-6 diapers (although I never need that many), tube of diaper rash cream, a couple of outfits (0-3 months), couple of burp cloths, nursing cover, portable wipes case, a large cotton blanket, a couple of small toys, and my make-up bag and a notebook/book; and the outside pockets hold a bottle of water, phone, and keys; and it still has room! BUT, it doesn't look or seem bulky. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. What I also love about it is that it washes up very easily (machine wash, cold), dries quickly, and you an easliy hang it from the stroller handle. I can definitely see myself using once I no longer need a diaper bag. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to tell everyone how perfect this bag is. Hope this helps!

What I like about it: Material is very nice, thick, durable, yet light wt. Looks very neat and clean, not too bulky. Fits a lot of things inside it. I have the black with blue lining - very nice colors. Lots of pockets on the inside and out. I like the zipper pockets on the inside. Good quality.

What could be better: Not a fan of the draw string - when open, it makes everything hard to organize/ find if i'm not paying attention to where I'm putting anything. A little on the smaller side, but still manage to fit enough inside.

I would recommend this to a friend/ family who doesn't need to bring the kitchen sink with them every where they go!
