5.0 out of 5 stars Works Great for iPhone as well as "Slim" Cameras
This is the second Built NY item that I've bought and I must say, I am continually impressed by the designs offered by this company!

3.0 out of 5 stars Mediocre case
It is a very versatile case for sure, but then the only thing I dislike about this case is the hard plastic on the back. I can use this for my ipod touch, my nikkon s220 camera, and my LG versa phone, it can be used for many things. Since the material is neoprene, it is pretty expandable. The bard plastic in the back adds protection, but sometimes I wish it can be taken...

5.0 out of 5 stars Works Great for iPhone as well as "Slim" Cameras, August 6, 2009

This is the second Built NY item that I've bought and I must say, I am continually impressed by the designs offered by this company!

The back of this case is a stiff form-molded tray that cradles your device of choice while still providing the soft cushioned protection you'd expect from this material. Made of neoprene, it is the same material used to manufacture wetsuits. While this design is NOT impervious to water, it would offer some moisture protection in the case of accidental spills or a bit of rain. This material is also stain resistant. The material is naturally stretchy and conforms snugly to the size and shape of the device inside.

The rear of the case has a generous stretchy sewn-in handle that one could easily thread a belt,Velcro strap, or harness through - it also easily accommodates a hand and is actually quite comfortable. I find this to be a smart and flexible feature of the case.

Though marketed as a camera case, this cute little slip-on cover perfectly fits my iPhone (even with a thicker style iPhone cover on the phone). The thinner poly-carbonate cases allow the iPhone to slip in and out of this pouch much easier than those designed with more pronounced anti-slip features or are made of thicker plastic material.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for my Sony Cyber-shot!, February 16, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this case for my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W230 and it fits perfectly! The back of the case is hard to protect the LCD screen, and the front is really stretchy and durable. This case is perfect for me because I can slip my camera in and out easily to capture those precious (and fleeting) moments. I didn't want to fool with zippers or flaps.

This case is not only adorable (and unique), but also practical. It fits my sony tx-7 perfectly. The one side is hard to protect the screen and the other side is soft and stretchy to accommodate the camera. I recommend this case.

I love this little case. My camera fits perfectly and it's all still small enough to stow in my purse for everyday use.

Built E-SCS-MDT Scoop Camera Case (Micro Dot)

This if perfect for my digital camera. No zippers to fumble with and my camera is secure and easy to get to. No more missed shots while trying to open my camera case. It fits snugly into the case and won't slip off until you're ready to use your camera. I love it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Love it., October 1, 2009

I love this case! I debated a little over this one or the same one with the cap, and I am glad I got this one. It's so easy to put the camera on and take it out. It protects very well as the back of it is made of a hard material that does not bend. Love it.

5.0 out of 5 stars I use it for my iPhone, April 9, 2009
I use it for my iPhone. It just fits, and the case is very form fitting. I also have a thin polycarbonate case for it. CaseCrown iPhone 3G Soft Polycarbonate Slim Fit Case - Black

I couldn't find something like this that was made for the iPhone, most of them were for the iPhone without a case on the back.

I don't think it would work well as a camera case, unless you have a very thin one. The iPhone is much thinner than most compact cameras.

But, for the iPhone, I love it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Greatest Camera Case Ever, February 8, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This camera case is not only adorable, it is so practical. I love that it is open ended and you can grab your camera quickly for those not to be missed shots. No struggling with zippers, no fumbling with long straps and snaps, just grab and shoot. It has a hard side to protect your lens and the rest is neoprene and foamy and soft and comfy. It fits perfectly in my purse and is easy to find amongst all the dark items. Definitely a great case I will enjoy for many years to come. ***** 5 Stars!

5.0 out of 5 stars Use it for my G1, August 14, 2009

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this case to use for my G1 cell phone and for that it works really well. It has a hard back which helps protect the phone without having to have a big plastic case on the phone. It's a little wider than my G1, but not terrible and the snug fit and height are perfect. I will say that if you're using this as a camera case, you'd better have a pretty small, thin camera.

5.0 out of 5 stars Built Camera/phone case, February 13, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I use my Built Camera/phone case mainly to carry my HTC smartphone. It holds it securely and safely without fear of the phone falling out. Also, the phone can be removed very easily. I recommend this case for phones and for small cameras.
