I use this bag daily to bring breakfast/lunch items to work. It's not a huge bag, so I'm able to slip it into my soft fabric commuting brief case. It keeps items cool and fresh. I like it because the zipper is strong and the fabric washes easily. It's sort of like bringing my lunch inside a wet suit as the material is similar.
