1: Keep Refrigerated: Keep frozen until the day before you would like to cook BuiltBurgers. Place in refrigerator to thaw for 12-24 hours. 2: Cook Gently (on the grill, in the pan or in the oven): Get your cooking surface nice and hot, then lower heat to medium. Cook using medium heat for best results. Our 100% all natural meats require less heat and will retain moisture if you grill gently.
