For once, those who think that they know everything are actually on to something. I agree fully that this is an excellent soundtrack. It was unavailable for too many years. Cinevox has done an excellent job of putting this CD together, including the full score, alternate takes, and sound FX. This is what Goblin's all about. It is dark, scary and melodic, something that cannot be said for the movie that this score was written for. If you can trust me, a green fan of just 10 years, then don't hesitate! Buy this CD right away. If you need better credentials, then there are fans out there with 10,000 light years of experience who are FAR more qualified to present their opinions. Just ask them!!

ghostly, ghastly and original,
This review is from: Buio Omega (1997 Reissue of 1979 Film) (Audio CD)
Buio Omega is a very insane movie, and the soundtrack works with it perfectly. I had the soundtrack before I saw the film, and I really enjoyed it, and after seeing the movie I enjoy it even more. It is very original, and not like any horror soundtrack I ever heard. it has some funky seventies style music that I think works to make an even creepier atmosphere. I was playing it the other day and someone walked by and said " this sounds like ghost music", and I said this is necrophilia music, and the film is very sick, but I love it.
