Product Description
130 volt incandescent products work with standard 110-120 volt household systems. The advantage of 130 volt products is that they protect the incandescent filaments from power spikes (the source of most incandescent bulb failures). 130 volt bulbs are slightly less bright than 120 volt, but offer substantially longer life.

I could only find flame shape frosted bulbs in my local stores, and the little shades don't sit in those bulbs properly. These worked well, although you have to be careful putting on the shades as the frosting scrapes off quite easily.

These bulbs are fine -- they do what they are supposed to do. Customer service from Light Bulbs etc. was truly exceptional. I needed the bulbs for a ceiling fan, and these are the wrong bulbs for my fan. A call to Light Bulbs etc. gave me a salesperson who knew his stock well. He recommended a bulb with the correct base for my ceiling fan, and then shipped those bulbs at no charge.
