My wife and I are thorough "feta foodies". We've tried just about every feta available to US consumers and this is the absolute best we have found so far -- smoother, creamier, and seasoned the best. Far better than Bristol Farms, Trader Joe's, or any other grocery store selection. This is the stuff whether you use it on salads, in scrambled eggs, or just as a table cheese. I think the difference may be that this feta doesn't seem to be brined which can oddly dry out, mush up, and give the cheese a completely different texture than this brand. Highly recommended!
